What does my child do from

4:30 – 6:00?

  • We begin with a check-in process at 4:30pm that awards the children with points for their Color Team. 
  •  The children then participate in our weekly Flag Ceremony that involves the Awana Pledge, the Pledge of Allegiance, and the Awana Song.
  • After that, it’s on to Game Time.  This is the chance for the children to get a little wild and crazy as they compete for Color Team points. 
  • We follow Game Time up with Handbook Time.  The children work on memorizing sections of their Handbook each week at home and then reciting them to their leader during this time for Color Team points and individual awards.
