Charlie was our Student Minister since 1994, but transitioned into a new role at Bannockburn Baptist Church in January 2007. With the blessing of our Pastor, Charlie began a Counseling/Helping Ministry at the church to help strengthen families and assist those who are experiencing pain in their relationships.
Charlie's Christian pilgrimage has deep roots in the church. During a revival when he was 10 years old, he came to know the Lord. The Lord led him into the ministry during his senior year in high school. Charlie graduated from the Oklahoma Baptist University with a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education in 1984. He then received his Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling and Master of Arts in Religious Education at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, Tx, in 1990. He and his wife, Crystal, have a wonderful family with four children.
